Safety and Security Updates
The safety and security of students, teachers and our local staff is our number one priority. World Expeditions Schools, along with our parent company World Expeditions, monitors international and local news, receives travel warning alerts from various sources, and adheres to the relevant Australian, UK, USA, Canadian and NZ governments' travel advice.
When there is an incident in a destination that we have schools travelling to, we communicate with the school and discuss various options with them. The school can then update the families and teachers as needed in a timely manner. If the school and World Expeditions Schools feel the need to make significant changes to the itinerary, the school and your World Expeditions Schools Manager will meet with the families to ensure everyone is informed of those changes and aware of their options.
If you are a parent who is concerned about a destination or recent incidents in a destination, please contact the organising teacher at school. We will then assist them in providing you with the information you require.
If you are an organising teacher, travelling teacher or school executive who is concerned about a destination or recent incidents in a destination, please contact your World Expeditions Schools Manager
