Nepal / Tibet Update - 27 August 2026

World Expeditions Schools is deeply saddened following the events surrounding the massive flash flood that struck the Rasuwa district near the Tibet border yesterday. Our deepest sympathies go out to all those affected. We wish to advise that all World Expeditions Schools clients and staff who are currently in Nepal are accounted for and safe.

We are monitoring the situation closely with our local ground operators and will update this notice as more information becomes available. Any itinerary changes required as a result of this event will be communicated directly to affected travellers.
